Our flagship coffee and most popular for many reasons. When we decided we waned to create our brand it was because we wanted to ensure that our brand delivers premium quality constantly. This is a very tedious and time consuming tasks. We ordered coffee samples from all around the world. We had to seek for something that someone would identify as "Yes, this is Coffee".
But in order to create the desired result blend we had to have a refernce point. Our reference coffee was Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee. The best lots of Blue Mountain coffee are noted for their mild flavour and lack of bitterness. Over the past few decades, this coffee has developed a reputation that has made it one of the most expensive and sought-after coffees in the world.
We started experimenting with blending different beans and roast types from our Roster in Switzerland seeking for greatness. And after almost one year of expiramentation we finally had it. And there was the born of il-Presto!
